My pond is small and when this was painted it was shiny and full of goldfish.

Acrylic on board and framed The frame is painted so that just a glimmer of gold shows through where it has been intentionally scratched. A bit of a one-off idea that hasn't been repeated yet.

There is a slight bubble in the corner below the signature - that shows up in some lighting!

This expressive image is an impression of my pond in Summer. A friend called it spitting fish, so that is its title!

Painted on the day of 9/11 having seen the towers collapse in black and white. Two ready handmade canvases 14x48in were perfect for the subject. It was light touched-up the next day but basically it is as painted on 9/11/2001.

Expressively painted outside in my woodland copse, sold and placed in a stair well where they look amazing a you walk down the stairs.
